Sensory Packs (shop)
It's important for children to learn about emotional regulation and wellbeing from a young age. Through working with children, and as a parent of two young children, I have seen first hand the benefits of using sensory and fidget toys to help regulate emotions. They keep little hands busy and assist in maintaining or returning to a state of calm. Many children are visual learners and get inspired by what they see in their environment. One of the ways that you can support children is to set up inspiring play environments and provide visual resources. Check out the downloadable and printable resources in our shop.
